Josh Phelan

Josh Phelan received his first personal training certification in 2007 and subsequently worked in two different gyms. By 2011, he had become the highest-booked personal trainer at a gym in Newport Beach, specializing in both muscle building and weight loss, before launching his first company, Out of Bounds Training. Since then, he has had the opportunity to work with the U.S. Army, TRX, Club Pilates, 5.11 Tactical, rapper Lil Wayne, and Miss Oregon (Viktoria Fox), as well as many business-owning men. Phelan has also been recognized as the Best Personal Trainer in Orange County by LA Times.
